Two things I need to blog about before I forget
1. Last night, Miles and I were playing in the guest room. He’s learned how to work the sliding closet doors, and he went into the closet to hide while I feigned not knowing where he was. All I could see were his chubby little fingers wrapped around the edge of the closet door, and all I could hear was his belly-giggle as he delighted himself with how tricky he was. Then he slid the door open and presented himself to me grandly.
2. Also last night, Miles woke up after he’d been asleep for a couple of hours. I picked him up and rocked him, and he fell asleep in his arms. As I was preparing to put him back in his crib, he made two puckered up, smacking little kisses in his sleep.
