wedding planning, cha cha cha
Chris and Rick came over last night and we did some planning. They are very helpful. They have a lot of good money-saving ideas, especially regarding food/catering issues. They’re also on a first-name basis with someone at a rental company, so I may drop their names when we go over there tomorrow to talk about tents, tables, chairs, chafing dishes, all that.
I’m not sure I like the wedding shoes I bought. They look better off my feet than on them. I saw some other ones I like:
It was a major revelation when I realized that I do not, in fact, have to wear white shoes. I mean, seriously. I can wear whatever shoes I want.
i like option 2, although 4 and 5 could have more use post wedding. i don tknow if thats what you were going for or if they are just and only wedding shoes.
My personal favorite is #3!
French blue Chuck Taylors…that’s what my good friend is wearing (takes care of her “something blue”). We (in her wedding party) are wearing cranberry Chuck Taylors in solidarity!
You are getting married somewhere full of color so colorful shoes just seem to fit – like a nice teal shoe or that pretty blue strappy sandal you have pictured here.
Since no one will see your feet (assuming your dress is long) wear whatever makes you most comfortable. I wore flip-flops…realy tall ones and my feet were very thankful.
