T(D):Â What’s a skeleton, Miles?
M: It’s a scary creature that lives inside you. Pretend Tobin doesn’t know what a skeleton doesn’t have.
T(D):Â What doesn’t a skeleton have?
M: Eyeballs.  Ask what else a skeleton doesn’t have.
T(D):Â What else doesn’t a skeleton have?
M: A penis. Ask what else a skeleton doesn’t have.
T(D):Â What else doesn’t a skeleton have?
