More bridesmaid dress crap
OK, I’m dumping #1 because nobody seemed to like it much, and also it doesn’t come in any colors I like. So that was a pretty easy decision.
Here’s one Emily found, and I love it. I’m crazy about Jim Hjelm; my original dream wedding dress was a Jim Hjelm, but it was out of my budget, and I found a similar one for a better deal. Fortunately, his bridesmaid gowns aren’t as expensive. Geez…in retrospect, I almost wish I’d gotten this gown in white for myself.
This one is win.
#1 and #4 are neck and neck! How exciting… my two favorites! Not that you’re going to decide based on your poll. But I check it all the time. I love polls. And I love you.
Which dress does Denny like? Or does he care?
I don’t think Denny has a strong opinion on the matter. When he saw #1, he said, “I know you’ll like that one because it’s Jim Hjelm and it’s nicely photographed.” Hah. So true. As much as I like #5, I can’t get over what a stupid photo it is.
Yeah, it is a pretty stupid photo. 🙂 But honestly the reason I’m scared of #5 is that it looks *very* form-fitting all the way down past the hips. Maybe that’s just the way the picture is, too, though.
Yes, and it’s so hard to tell from pictures (as I so well learned with the sparkly top incident). I think we’ll have to just go shopping and try some on. It’s a good thing you guys are all such hotties; at least I know that nothing is going to look *awful* on you.
I love #4! It looks like it would flatter a lot of different shapes. 🙂 Happy wedding planning!
