What I am excited about right now
1. Dance class tonight. We will master those turn combinations. We will, I swear it.
2. Chicken Paprikash cooking in the Crock Pot right now. It will be so tasty. (Brief, easy non-recipe: dice an onion and a few cloves of garlic and put them in the Crock Pot. In a small bowl, mix 2/3 cup sour cream with 2 Tbsp Hungarian paprika. Add cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to taste. Thin with chicken stock until it’s like thick soup. Mix with the onion/garlic. Put in several skinless chicken breasts and stir around a bit to coat them in the onion mixture. Cook on low all day.)
3. Coupling: The Complete Second Season (British version) that I got from the library. Thanks for the suggestion, Erin. It’s a good show.
